This housing project consists of three apartment blocks and a mall. The three typologies are translated into three distinct apartment types making up a total of 70,000 m2 of livable space. The apartment blocks are lifted above a podium that serves as a mall with 30,000 m2 of sellable space. The roof of the podium serves as a private park that is terraced in order to generate a smooth transition from the main road. The architecture and spatial layout of the blocks and the park create the ideal circumstances for a high-end communal lifestyle.
